Landscape design and build for developers
From concept and drawings through construction-stage planting and handover maintenance, with a team that works to a project programme.

We work with project directors, architects and landscape consultants, design heads, procurement and contracts who need a landscaping and plants vendor they do not have to chase.
Each engagement starts with a site visit, a written scope and a named supervisor, so you know who is responsible for what.
Typical scope
- Entrance and arrival landscapes
- Clubhouse, podium and amenity gardens
- Avenue and street planting
- Sample flat and sales gallery landscaping
- Irrigation design and installation
What makes this segment different
Landscape comes last and gets squeezed
Planting is the last package on site and often the one with the least time. Early coordination on levels, services and soil avoids rework.
Showcase areas must be ready on a date
Sample flats, clubhouses and entrances are sales tools. They need landscape that is established and photographed well by launch.
Handover is not the end
Plants that are not maintained between completion and handover to the association decline fast. A maintenance bridge protects the investment.

Frequently asked questions
Do you work with our architect or landscape consultant's drawings?
Yes. We can build to your consultant's drawings and bill of quantities, or provide design and execution together. Share the drawings with your enquiry and we will respond with a priced scope.
Can you phase landscape works with construction?
Yes. Soil, irrigation and tree planting can start while construction continues, with final planting timed close to handover.
Who maintains the landscape after handover?
We can continue under a maintenance contract with the developer or the owners' association, or hand over a care plan to another vendor.
