• Own delivery, quality and profitability across all active sites and cities

• Recruit and onboard gardeners, supervisors, executives and office staff
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and HR documentation
• Prepare payroll inputs and coordinate with accounts
• Track statutory compliance (PF, ESI, contract labour) and prepare documents for tenders and client audits

Accounts Executive

Bangalore

Keep the books for a multi-site landscaping business, with invoicing, reconciliations and statutory filings across maintenance contracts and projects.

• Raise client invoices for AMC, project and plant rental billing
• Reconcile vendor, client and site-level expenses
• Support GST, TDS and other statutory filings
• Prepare monthly MIS and follow up on receivables

Horticulturist

Be the plant expert behind our campuses and indoor plant rental, advising on selection, soil, irrigation and care across Indian climates.

• Plan planting, pruning, fertilising and pest and disease control for client sites
• Select plants suited to light, setting and local climate for new designs and rentals
• Audit site health and guide supervisors and gardeners
• Support nursery sourcing and sustainable practices such as water-conscious irrigation

Gardeners

All locations

Look after lawns, trees, shrubs and plants at corporate campuses, townships and institutions as part of our grounds maintenance teams.

• Planting, pruning, weeding, mowing and watering as per the site schedule
• Apply manure and treatments as directed by the supervisor or horticulturist
• Keep tools, equipment and the work area tidy and safe
• Report plant health problems and site issues to the supervisor

Field Executives

All locations

Be Bonita's eyes and ears at client sites, making sure maintenance, rejuvenation and installation work meets the standard promised.

• Visit assigned sites regularly to inspect work, attendance and plant condition
• Coordinate manpower, plants, materials and equipment with the office
• Meet client facilities teams, resolve issues and record feedback
• Submit site reports and maintenance reports on time

Field Supervisor

Bangalore

Lead a crew of gardeners at one or more sites, running the daily work plan and keeping the standard of upkeep consistent.

• Assign daily tasks, supervise gardeners and mark attendance
• Check quality of work against the site's maintenance schedule
• Maintain stock of tools, plants and consumables at the site
• Be the on-ground contact for the client's facilities team and escalate issues to the field executive
